What every estimate already covers

Indicative prices are for the structure only — interior fit-out is a separate turn-key conversation we tailor to your spec and budget. Each shell includes:

  • Structural steel frame
  • Insulated concrete exterior walls with dry-wall internal partitions
  • Insulated IBR roof in standard colour options
  • OSB / plasterboard ceiling & back wall, sealed OSB floor
  • P.C. amount for glazed entrance doors & windows
  • Local installation — delivery & install nationwide on request
Two ways to sit on the ground

Foundation options

OPTION 01

Raised foundation

A structural steel frame with a timber-sheeted floor. Screed over the sheeting and add timber-vinyl flooring as an optional extra. Ideal for uneven or sloping ground.

OPTION 02

Concrete foundation

A concrete base that can be tiled or screed-finished — timber-vinyl flooring can also be installed. A solid, grounded feel where the site allows it.
